Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea can be serious medical problems and increase the risk for heart attack, stroke, diabetes and other serious illnesses if not properly treated. Choosing a dentist who is qualified and experienced is an essential part of your health care.

Dr. Donley has been properly educated to assess your problem with sleep disordered breathing. Legally, any dentist can treat snoring and/or sleep apnea with an oral appliance, but that does not mean that every dentist has the necessary experience and training to provide proper therapy.

Dr. Donley has over 300 hours of training in dental sleep medicine. Physicians usually receive 2-4 hours of training in sleep medicine in 4 years of medical school unless they become specialists in sleep medicine.
